CPR

By Kylar Vanderwall •

If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse and stop responding, hands-only CPR can double or triple their chance of survival while help is on the way.

Two simple steps

1. Call 911 and put the phone on speaker. 2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest, about 100–120 pushes per minute, until EMS arrives.
